This session will provide key data, trends and conversation to inform your work (from strategic plans to grant proposals).
Brian Johnson is the epidemiologist for Lane County Public Health and Trillium. In this capacity he applies public health science to help tell the story about what keeps people healthy in Lane County, Oregon, and informs and guides action to promote and protect the health of all. For more than 10 years he has lead the design, implementation and evaluation of programs in governmental public health, and an additional eight years coordinating award-winning National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded health education and behavior change research projects. Brian will be presenting on both Lane County’s Health Status Assessment, as well as Race, Ethnicity & Health Equity in Lane County.
Holly Mar Conte is the Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Lane County, where she oversees the organization’s programmatic and grantmaking work, in addition to strategy development. Holly will be presenting on Lane County Early Learning and Childhood Data.
