1:00 PM  -  Why Fundraising is the F word to your Board Members and How to Fix It
Do you have board members who are “allergic” to fundraising? Ready to throw one (or more) overboard? Few things are more critical to your nonprofit’s health, success and sustainability than an effective board of directors. Imagine your board members advocating your cause everywhere they go. Writing checks. Opening doors to influential prospects. Delighting your donors with a thank you call. Join your peers and turn your board into a dream team!

2:30 PM  -   Epic Fundraising Examples
Ready for eye candy campaigns that make you wish YOU’D thought of that? Buckle up, buttercup! This session will inspire and delight you with eye-candy examples and concrete tactics you can implement in your next fundraising campaign. Discover great content, unique thinking and delightful design across donor thank you’s, emails, websites, online advertising, donation pages, videos, planned giving appeals—and anything else that increases donations!

3:15 PM  -   Get the Visit, Nail the Ask
Ready for some help getting the big gifts? Rachel will provide irresistible tools to help you get the visit, stand out, successfully get your foot in the door and know if your message is getting through. You’ll get actual scripts you can use and walk away ready to quickly build rapport and spark a meaningful conversation with your donor. You’ll also get Rachel’s best-of rapport-building discovery questions and learn how to use events like Jeffersonian Dinners can quickly build rapport and help you advance a key relationship.

4:00 PM  -   Steal Smart: What can you learn from your favorite brands
Commercial businesses hold on to a whopping 94% of customers, so why can't we? Discover what your favorite brands can teach us about customer service. Be inspired, delighted and thoroughly entertained with examples from the for-profit world and walk away with insights, tips and tools to look at the donor experience from a fresh perspective and boost your donor retention.
